Getting Started

To get started using i-payouts, follow the steps listed below.

Step 1: Talk to our sales team

Contact our sales team so they can create an account for you.

Step 2: Set up your account

Once our teams have created your account, you will receive two emails. The first has your username and the access link, as in the example below.

The second email contains a temporary password, as shown in the image below.

With both emails at hand, follow the steps listed below:

1. Click the link provided in the first email.
2. Add your username and temporary password. You will be logged in automatically.

3. On the first login, you will be prompted to change your password from the temporary one. Your password must be at least 7 characters long and contain at least 1 digit, 1 lower-case letter, and 1 upper-case letter.
4. After setting up your new password, you will be directed to i-payout's main page.

Step 3: Get a token

Follow the Get a Token guide to create your token through the Admin Portal or the API.

Step 4: Choose the best solution for your company

i-payout has four possible solutions, allowing you to choose the one that best fits your company's needs. Learn more about the hosted solution, API integration, embedded solution, and batch files solution in our guide on how to Select the Right Integration for You.

Step 5: Integrate the solution into your processes

After choosing the best-fitting solution for your company, follow our integration guides to integrate the solution into your company's processes:

Step 6: Test the integration

Test your integrations by simulating your company's use of the system to ensure they are working as expected. We recommend that you test at least Create Beneficiary and Create Payout for the Hosted solution and Create Transfer using the API solution.

Step 7: Get in contact with our team to go live

After testing your integrations, you can contact our team to go live with your integrations. Send an email to our Operations Team and Tech support team. They will run some tests and prepare your live account.
